The cricket season will be here before you know it, so now is the time to prepare. There are several key dates in April to enable to prepare for the season ahead.

During the first weekend of April we will be holding a Work Weekend to prepare the ground for the 2022 season. (Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd April). We will be putting up the nets and sightscreens and tidying up the clubhouse. This begins at 10.00 (both days) at our club ground in Brewery Road in Horsell.

On Tuesday 12th April the 1st and 2nd XI squads will start outdoor nets, which take place every Tuesday throughout the summer, from 6.00 until it gets dark.

On Thursday 14th April - The 3rd, 4th, and 5thXI squads will take their turn on Thursday evenings, also from 6.00.

On Saturday 16th April we have a Training Day at our club ground. This gives everyone an excellent chance to train together out on the club ground the week before the season starts. Further details will be available soon.

Saturday 23 April  - The following weekend we have three fixtures on the Saturday. They are all local games with the 1st and 2nd XI both playing Stoke D’Abernon and the third eleven hosting Old Woking at Westfield.

New players – Please send your availability to our Cricket Chairman Phill West (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and let us know if you can play then that would be very helpful.

Current players – please give your availability to one of the captains.

Please can you all do this by Monday 18 April at the very latest as we need to select the sides early that week. Thank you.
